We always appreciate contributions that assist us in meeting client needs that are not permitted under contract revenues.
Family Service Agency is approved by the Arizona Department of Revenue as a 501 (c) 3 not-for-profit organization permitted to receive tax deductible contributions for ‘Helping the Working Poor’.
To make a donation by check, please make it payable to: Family Service Agency and mail to 2400 N. Central Avenue, Suite 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
Contributions other than directed to ‘Helping the Working Poor’ are also
accepted, and each contribution is tax deductible. Contributions are
accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card. Should you wish to
make a donation by credit card please contact us directly so that we can assist
you in ensuring that 100% of your intended contribution is dedicated to the

Christmas Adopt-a-Family Program
Each year we provide an opportunity for the community to ‘adopt’ a needy family at the holiday-time. These families are most often without family or community support and have a very bleak time. It is a great pleasure for our staff to see the expressions of joy when they deliver gifts and the families are SO appreciative of the gifts that they receive.
