Counseling:
Master level, Arizona licensed Behavioral Health therapist (full-time) to:
- provide outpatient counseling and therapeutic services to clients in keeping with current professional practice standards and ethics
- perform and complete assessments and all required documentation
- provide group and individual outpatient substance abuse and mental health counseling to adults and families
Candidates must possess empathy and compassion for the client population served. Prefer clinician with experience in the Behavioral Health/Mental Health field within Maricopa County. Must be a team player and have knowledge of community resources.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work; Arizona state licensed as LPC or LCSW. Two-years post-Master’s counseling desirable, or significant pre-Master’s counseling experience. Priority given to individuals who are bi-lingual (English/Spanish) and independently licensed. Level of licensure and experience in Behavioral Health will determine compensation.

Family Support Services:
Parent Aide (full-time) to:
- provide parent aide in-home services in the Metro Phoenix area to DES-referred families
- assessing clients needs
- assisting and training in attaining services
- teaching parenting and home management skills
- providing and arranging transportation for services/case plan
Applicants must have the ability to facilitate communication and negotiation skills and teach parenting, home management, and job readiness. MUST have reliable transportation and current driver’s license.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work or closely related field; or an Associates degree with two-years Human Service experience; or a high school with four-years of Human Service training experience. Priority given to individuals who are bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
